Lemon Ginger Tea
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated or sliced ginger
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup water
Boil the water, add the ginger, turn off the heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain into a cup, add the lemon juice and serve.
*Note: an excellent tea to sip with meals, or make a few cups and keep it in a thermos to sip on throughout the day in place of plain hot water.
