Scorpio Full Moon Breath Circle

Join Debby Andersen + Courtney Morris at Communion for a healing breath circle in honor of the Scorpio Full Moon + Penumbral Lunar Eclipse. We’ll begin with a grounding and centering meditation, followed by group sharing and an active breathing meditation.

Through rhythmic, steady breathing, this practice helps us shift from the active thinking mind, into the experience of presence and awareness in the body, which leads to increased clarity, emotional integration, and enhanced mind-body connection.
