Our 300-hour program offers an advanced yoga certification specializing in Ayurveda, Yoga Philosophy and Lifestyle, Sanskrit, and Western Anatomy and Physiology. To graduate you must complete a total of 300 hours (270 core curriculum hours + 30 elective hours). Core curriculum modules are mandatory. Elective hours can be earned through approved workshops, guest teacher seminars, and mentorship. Elective hours must be completed by the final Core Curriculum weekend in order to graduate.

There is a non-refundable $500 deposit to secure your spot, due upon acceptance of your application.

The program is a total investment of $5,250 (including $500 deposit). This includes unlimited classes at Hamsa for the duration of the training.
